What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All local orders are shipped with JNE Indonesia. Rates are calculated through JNEI calculator. International orders are shipped with EMS Indonesia, customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Purchased items will be shipped within 5 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an an email from email@example.com when your order has been confirmed.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Currently Bank Transfer for local customers and Credit Card via Paypal for international customers.
Is it safe to pay by Credit Card?
We will do our best to give you the convenience you deserve. All the private information that you have typed are under good security and it is for your eyes only. When you enter your private information, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect your information when it is sent to us.
Is my payment secure?
Your payment is secure as we implement multiple layers of security. Your credit card information is not stored in our system. It is recorded and processed directly by Midtrans.

Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
- Click ADD TO CART to buy if you are interested in a product, and so on if you want to add other products.
- If you are ready, simply click on Shopping Cart above the Site and click PROCESS to buy.
- Fill in your complete data (Name, Address, E-mail address, etc.).
- Last is the confirmation page. Check your order once again, if you already sure with your order, then click PROCESS.
- Please wait, all details and any change in your order status will be sent to you within 24hours via E-mail to provide details of the verification process.
- Prices do not include postage. Shipping cost will be delegated to the customer.

What is the return and exchange policy?
We do not accept returned items if the item received by customers has complications with its sizing (the exact measurements are provided for you when you click the item you want). However, if the items received by customer have damages we will willingly exchange it to a new one.
How long will the shipping take after we place an order?

How do I use the Voucher?
When you Check Out, there will be a section where you can fill in the voucher / gift card code, once you have done that, your total will automatically be deducted.
I have completed my payment, can I add more items and shipped together with my first order?
Once you have completed your payment, that counts as one order so if you would like to add another item you would have to place another order.
